1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The User declares that he/she knows that he/she must approve this Agreement by providing the information requested by Dogru Solutions in a complete, accurate and up-to-date manner in order to benefit from the Platform. In case of any change in the information provided during the establishment of the user status, such information will be updated immediately. Dogru Solutions is not responsible for not being able to access and benefit from the Platform due to incomplete or untrue or outdated information.
The User declares that he/she has completed the age of 18 and has the legal capacity to conclude this Agreement. In case the User is accessing the Site on behalf of a business, the User accepts and declares that he has the necessary authority to do so. In this case, the rights and obligations regarding the User status will belong to the business in question.
The User has the right to establish a single User account, and it is prohibited to establish a second account by the User using the same or other information following the suspension or termination of the User account by Dogru Solutions. Dogru Solutions reserves the right to refuse the opening of the User account at its sole discretion, without giving any reason.

Dogru Solutions has the right to remove the communication tools it provides through the Platform at its own discretion, at any time.
The User cannot in any way transfer or assign the User account and the rights and obligations arising from the use of this Agreement and the Platform to a third party.
Dogru Solutions shall have the right to suspend the User's membership or to terminate the user status in this way by terminating the Agreement as specified below, in case the User violates this Agreement, other terms and conditions within the scope of the Platform, and the statements and commitments within this scope. In such a case, Dogru Solutions reserves the right to claim damages arising from such violation from the User.
If all or part of Dogru Solutions or the Platform is hosted by third parties on a contractual basis, the user shall not engage in activities that endanger the security and integrity of the computer and network systems of these third parties, or other users who benefit from the Platform, not to use them in a way that will harm them or misuse them, not to provide unauthorized access to the computer systems where the Platform is hosted or outside the scope of access granted to it, to damage the computer systems, devices and software of Dogru Solutions and third parties. It will not transfer or upload files or illegal Content (including copyrighted or trade secret Content and other materials that the User has no right to use), in the provision of services or Pls. agrees and undertakes that atform will not modify, copy, adapt, reproduce, create source code or reverse engineer the computer programs used in its work unless absolutely necessary for normal use.
2. Payment Terms
The User will only be able to benefit from the Platform in return for paying the fees declared within the Platform in full and in full with the payment terms and means declared in the Platform.
The User will be able to use the Platform free of charge for the period specified in the Platform, if allowed. At the end of the said trial period, the User's membership will become a paid membership to be determined according to its type, service level, functionality, campaigns or contract period. Fees for the Platform, payment terms, effective dates of fees will be announced in the relevant sections of the Platform. The user will be able to upgrade or downgrade the membership package at his own discretion. Requests for this will be made at the end of the relevant membership period, unless otherwise stipulated by Dogru Solutions. Changes to be made in the fee and payment conditions of the membership package during the User's membership period will not be implemented until the end of the User's membership period, new fees and payment conditions will be valid with the start of the new membership period. No refund will be made if the membership is terminated for any reason, including the termination of the Agreement, during the membership period.
Unless otherwise requested by the User 14 days before the end of the period, the User will be able to automatically renew the membership at the end of each period.
Dogru Solutions or third parties approved by Dogru Solutions may store the User's credit card, account and payment information in order to perform updates on the User's membership and payment transactions and bank integration.
3. Commercial Electronic Message
The user can send commercial electronic messages and other messages in accordance with the relevant laws in order to announce the general/special opportunities about the products and services offered to him by Dogru Solutions, to be informed about current developments, to send congratulatory messages, to share content such as presentations and bulletins, to promote and advertise. that your contact information, identity information, marketing information are received for these purposes in order to carry out the goods / service sales and advertising / campaign / promotion processes and that messages will be sent to your party through the channel you prefer, that you can always change your communication preferences or reject the transaction specified in the messages you receive without giving any reason. that he/she may stop the communication and that he/she receives commercial electronic messages through SMS/text message, automatic call, telephone call, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail/mail and other electronic communication channels in accordance with the law. gives consent for sending messages and other messages.

5. Enforcement and Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement will enter into force upon its acceptance by the User in electronic form and will remain in effect unless terminated by any of the Parties as stated below.
In the event that one of the parties does not fully and duly fulfill its obligations arising from this Agreement and the said contradiction is not remedied within the given time despite the written notification to be made by the other party, this Agreement may be terminated by the party making the notification. If the said violation is committed by the User, Dogru Solutions will have the right to suspend the User status until the violation is resolved. In the event that the User violates the applicable legislation, Dogru Solutions may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect for just cause.
Termination of the Agreement will not remove the rights and obligations of the Parties that have arisen until the date of termination. With the termination of the Agreement, the User is responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to that date and will not be able to use the Platform as of the termination date. In case of termination of prepaid memberships, no refund will be made to the User.
Dogru Solutions has the right to store the Content in its databases as long as this Agreement is in effect.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights of the website(s) (“Site”) belonging to Dogru Solutions Bilişim Danışmanlık ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. (“Dogru Solutions”) belong to Dogru Solutions.
